The Minnesota Lynx will play the Indiana Fever on Tuesday night. The Lynx released their injury report on Monday ahead of the game. The good news is that Napheesa Collier -- who had been dealing with a low back injury -- was not listed on the report. However, Karlie Samuelson has been ruled out due to a foot injury.

Samuelson injured her foot during Minnesota's 102-63 win over the Connecticut Sun on Sunday. A timeline for her return has yet to be revealed.

Karlie Samuel ruled out vs. Fever

Samuelson, 30, is averaging 3.3 points, 1.3 rebounds and 1.1 assists per outing across 16 contests so far in the 2025 WNBA season. She is shooting just 33.3 percent on her field goal attempts, but her 35.3 three-point shooting percentage is respectable.

Although Samuelson is averaging just over 14 minutes per game, her absence is far from ideal for Minnesota. The Lynx value depth and they will miss Samuelson's presence on Tuesday evening against the Fever.

Napheesa Collier expected to play

Collier is likely the current MVP front-runner. She has enjoyed a truly fantastic '25 campaign.

The 28-year-old superstar is averaging 24.4 points, 8.5 rebounds, 3.7 assists, 1.8 steals and 1.5 blocks per game. She is shooting 52.2 percent from the field and 39.6 percent from three-point land. Collier's ability to do just about everything on the floor makes her an all-around star.

The Lynx will need Collier against Indiana. The Fever are just 8-8 overall up to this point in 2025, but they are capable of upsetting any team in the league. Playing at home, the 14-2 Lynx will be the favorite. However, they certainly won't overlook the Fever.

Will Caitlin Clark be available vs. Lynx?

Caitlin Clark's injury situation will be worth monitoring ahead of the game as well. The Fever star has been dealing with a groin injury. According to Tony East, Clark is listed as questionable for Tuesday's game. Clark's final status will be of the utmost importance for Indiana, especially with Collier expected to be available for Minnesota.

The game should be exciting. The Lynx are the better overall team, however, this Fever squad is more than capable of making things interesting. They will give the Lynx a challenge on Tuesday night.

Tip-off is scheduled for 8 PM EST in Minnesota as the Lynx look to improve to 15-2 on the season.
