She's doing her part.

Angel Reese is a woman of many talents. She can drop a double-double on the court, model for Vogue, host a podcast, and still have time to recruit free agents to the Chicago Sky (and those are just a few of many things she can do).

The 22-year-old is playing for Unrivaled this year, the new three-on-three professional women's basketball league founded by Breanna Stewart and Napheesha Collier. Reese is on Rose BC with Chelsea Gray, Brittney Sykes, Lexie Hull, Azura Stevens, and former Sky star Kahleah Copper (subscription required).

Unrivaled allows players not to travel overseas to play during the WNBA offseason. The league's facilities and services are top-notch, which isn't surprising. Several players, including Reese, have raved about Unrivaled, and play hasn't even started yet.

On Wednesday, Reese tweeted how much she loves playing for Unrivaled and highlighted a typical day preparing for games to begin. One of the things she mentioned was creating "new bonds/friendships," which could come into handy with the start of WNBA free agency around the corner.

If you thought Reese wouldn't take playing in Miami as an opportunity to recruit free agents to Chicago, think again. She compared what players experience at Unrivaled to what will await them in the Windy City.

Reese was careful to say that "a lot of these things" will be in Chicago in 2025. The Sky broke ground on a new state-of-the-art facility, but it won't open until the 2026 season. It will offer an advanced training room, a kitchen for private chefs, and more, similar to what players experience at Unrivaled.

Chicago is one of several teams that will open a new facility, and doing so will help lure free agents to town. While Sky fans appreciate Reese's recruiting efforts, what they really want to see is Chennedy Carter return in 2025. Chicago hasn't given Carter a qualifying offer, which is baffling, considering she was one of the best guards in the league last season.

If only there were a way for Reese to convince the Sky that Carter is a long-term fit in Chicago and vice versa. Maybe she knows the guard is on her way out, hence why she's using social media to make her pitch to other free agents. Work your magic, Angel!
