Nicki Collen (Atlanta Dream)

Record: 23-11 (34 games coached)

From the returning coaches, who better to start with than the reigning WNBA Coach of the Year, Nicki Collen? Collen led the Dream to a 23-11 finish in 2018, the fifth-best record by a first-year head coach and the best regular season the Dream have seen.

With another stellar season, she could become the first head coach to win Coach of the Year in consecutive seasons since Van Chancellor won the first three awards from 1997 to 1999.

Her 50th game as head coach will come on July 14 when the Dream host the Los Angeles Sparks, and if she can outdo her first year and get the team to 27 wins this year, she would notch her 50th win this summer as well.
