St. Francis (PA)- NEC

Departed coach/record:  Joe Haigh, 6+ seasons (93-100 overall, 66-42 in the NEC)

Reason for departure:  Originally, Haigh took a leave of absence in November. After remaining on that leave well into the season, he finally announced that he would be stepping down to spend more time with his family.

New coach/previous position: Keila Whittington, Marist assistant coach: In an offseason that many coaches are getting their first cracks at the top spot, Whittington joins the crowd. An assistant at mid-major power Marist, Whittington has also spent time at Memphis, Oregon, Penn State, South Alabama, Indiana, and Rhode Island. She will take over a team that went 16-17 (11-7) and look to keep the Red Flash competing at the top of the NEC.
