More from High Post Hoops

For a few weeks now, we’ve had power conference teams seeded below where we all know they’ll end up — particularly Maryland and Arizona State — simply because they had not yet built the resumes to match their talent. Well, almost three weeks into January, and things are STARTING to normalize. As a result, those second-tier Power 5 schools have taken a hit. After the top four seed lines, it seems like just about everybody lost this week. Some schools twice.

Oh, and of course up top we have a new No. 1 overall seed, thanks to a certain ACC game last week.
