Tracing how Cheryl Reeve got from wins 1-200 with the Minnesota Lynx.

“I’ve been blessed to be able to be here with this franchise at this time with some great players,” Reeve told Tyler Mason of The Athletic after Tuesday night’s win, a 91-83 victory over the Dallas Wings. “I think as I said before, we have players that are some of the best players of all time at their positions playing for the Lynx during my time here. So I’m thankful and appreciative that Glen (Taylor) thought it was a good time to bring me here to experience this.”
It’s easy to think of Reeve as a constant in a static league, but the reality is much different. To look at the mileposts along the way for Reeve is to see how she’s managed to keep a team on top even as numerous other players and coaches have come and gone. Let’s travel through the history of her 200 wins (with a .707 winning percentage, by the way) and see who pops up along the way.
