The long-awaited WNBA schedule has arrived! We have all the tastiest matchups ready for you here at The Summitt, allowing you to set your schedule around the must-watch and must-attend showdowns of the upcoming season.

So let’s start with what the league got right. They put Minnesota vs. Los Angeles on the opening weekend schedule. Sunday, May 20, 5 PM EST, those two will kickoff the ESPN portion of the schedule, appearing on ESPN2.

Better yet, they’ll play two more times — July 5 and August 2 — and both those games will be on ESPN2. Since these matchups are the best advertisement for the league, and the finest basketball played pretty much anywhere, this is a wise move.
