Earlier this week, The Summit caught up with The Knot’s Dream Wedding Couple Amanda Clifton and Elena Delle Donne. The two will get married early next month in New York. We spoke to them over the phone to get some stats … um, details about the wedding.

About the Couple
Amanda and Elena met through a mutual friend about four years ago. Clifton is an Illinois-native and played basketball at Illinois State. Delle Donne is originally from Delaware and met Amanda while playing for the Chicago Sky. The two now live in Washington, D.C with their dogs Wrigley and Rasta.
Elena and Amanda are first same-sex couple in the Dream Wedding’s five-year history. The Knot will take care of everything from flowers to dresses for the big day.
