With the WNBA Playoffs fast approaching, there’s still a ton to figure out. One thing we know for sure, however is that the Minnesota Lynx will be there and they will play in the semifinals.

More from High Post Hoops

The Lynx have three regular season games left, but have already locked up, at worst, the 2 seed in the playoffs. They can clinch the 1 seed by winning each of their remaining games.

Regardless of their seed or opponent, however, the Lynx will get some time off before postseason play. While the first two rounds play out in single-elimination format, they’ll rest until Sept. 12, when they open at home to kick off a best-of-five semifinal series.

With temporary home Xcel Energy Center unavailable for the playoffs, the Lynx will play all their postseason home games at Williams Arena, home to the Minnesota Golden Gophers basketball teams. Their schedule, as announced by the team on Wednesday, is as follows:

Game 1: Sept. 12, HOME
Game 2: Sept. 14, HOME
Game 3: Sept. 17, AWAY
Game 4*: Sept. 19, AWAY
Game 5*: Sept. 21, HOME

* if necessary

The WNBA Playoffs will tip off on Sept. 6 with a pair of single-elimination first-round games. Full matchups are still to be determined.
