For the second straight month, Dallas Wings guard Allisha Gray has been named WNBA Rookie of the Month, the league announced on Wednesday.

Gray earned the award for June after leading all WNBA rookies in points per game (11.4), rebounding (4.6), and steals (1.27). On the season, Gray is averaging 12.1 points, 4.6 rebounds, and 1.29 steals per game — all rookie highs.

As the fourth overall pick in the 2017 WNBA Draft, Gray has gone from National Champion at South Carolina to instant impact player in the professional ranks, taking home Rookie of the Month honors in the first two months of the season. She has started all 17 games for Dallas and has scored in double figures in eight of her last 11 games.

Overall, Gray has been a reliable force for the Wings. The guard leads the team with a turnover percentage of 7.9, which ranks sixth in the WNBA. Her 1.5 turnovers per 40 minutes are good for 10th overall, and second on the team.

Perhaps Gray’s best game of the month came in a 102-93 overtime loss to the New York Liberty on June 16. She played a career-high 36 minutes in that game, scoring 16 points and grabbing nine rebounds. Gray followed that up two games later in Washington, with a 12-point, four-rebound, two-steal, and two-block performance in a win over the Mystics.

Gray has started July off strong as well. In a loss to Seattle on July 1, she scored 15 points on 6 of 12 shooting from the field to go with three steals.

The Wings face the Atlanta Dream on Wednesday night at 8 p.m. ET. The game can be seen on WNBA League Pass.
