One of the best women's basketball games of the season is set for Saturday at XL Center in Hartford, Conn., between projected No. 1 2024 draft pick Paige Bueckers and the Huskies and JuJu Watkins and the Trojans. The matchup is a rematch of last year's Elite Eight, a game UConn won 80-73.

No. 4 Connecticut and No. 7 USC are two of the best teams in the country and have two of women's basketball's biggest stars. Bueckers is averaging 20.6 points, 4.6 rebounds, 4.0 assists, and 2.1 steals per game, shooting 58.4% from the field and 44.2% from three. Watkins is averaging 24.7 points, 5.8 rebounds, 3.7 assists, and 2.5 steals per game, shooting 45.4% from the field and 34.3% from three.

The Huskies have a 10-1 record, with their lone loss coming against Notre Dame on Dec. 12. The Trojans also have a 10-1 record and are on a six-game win streak. USC also lost to Notre Dame, 74-61, on Nov. 23.
