Departures

Seniors Stephanie Paul and Ari Henderson have graduated.

Returners

Four starters return: Gabby Connally (12.6p/109a/44s/3.3r), Jenna Staiti (11.9p/6.6r/56b), Maya Caldwell (9.8p/68a/43s/3.7r) and Que Morrison (7.7p/4.4r/65a/30s before injury) will return as seniors. Caitlin Hose, Kaila Hubbard and Shaniya Jones return as juniors and Javyn Nicholson, Chloe Chapman, and Jordan Isaacs will be sophomores.

Arrivals 

Georgia has one transfer, one transfer now eligible and two incoming freshmen.

Center Maori Davenport –  The 6’4 big played her freshman season at Rutgers and signed with Georgia as a transfer. She was the No. 15 overall recruit in 2019.

Guard Mikayla Coombs – The 5’9 guard sat out this season after transferring from UConn after her sophomore season. She was denied a waiver for immediate eligibility last fall and will be a redshirt junior in 2020-21.

Guard Sarah Ashlee Barker – the 6’0 guard won 2019-20 Gatorade Alabama Girls Basketball Player of the Year, averaged 23.2 points, 9.9 rebounds, 2.7 assists and 1.9 steals and won a state championship.

Forward Zoesha Smith – a versatile player, listed as a 5’11 forward who can score, rebound, defend and create plays.
