Team USA to Appear at NBA All-Star Weekend

USA Women’s National Team to hold practices in Chicago and attend All-Star events.

The USA Women’s National Team will hold a three-day minicamp in Chicago during NBA All-Star Weekend next week.

On the morning of Friday, Feb. 14, the team will have a closed practice session. In the afternoon, A’ja Wilson and Chelsea Gray will participate in the Special Olympics Unified Game and then play in the NBA Celebrity Game at 7 p.m. EST.

On Saturday, Feb. 15, the team will be in attendance at some of the NBA All-Star practices held at Wintrust Arena. The squad will then hold an open practice at Wintrust Arena from 2-3:30 p.m. At night, the players will attend the Taco Bells Skills Challenge, MTN Dew 3-Point Contest and AT&T Slam Dunk Contest.

Finally, on Sunday, Feb. 16, the national team will host another closed practice session before attending the 2020 NBA All-Star Game.
