Brian Agler (Dallas Wings)

Overall Record: 269-220 (489 games coached)

Brian Agler is no newcomer to the WNBA, but this summer will be his first in Dallas. He’s just the fourth coach to lead four different teams and the only one of the four to have won championships with multiple teams (Seattle in 2010 and Los Angeles in 2016).

He enters 2019 third in games coached and second in total wins, and his 11th game of the 2019 regular season will be his 500th in the league. In full-circle fashion, the 11th game of the Wings season will take place on June 30 against the Minnesota Lynx, the first team Agler coached from 1999 to 2002.

With a roster still in flux and the franchise still finding its footing in Dallas, it’s difficult to predict a win total for the Wings this summer, and that could set up another potential leader board swap between Agler and the coach in Seattle, so stay tuned.
