1. Sabrina Ionescu, 5’10 G, Oregon

The consensus top pick in the 2019 draft if she’d come out early, few think Ionescu will do anything to hurt her draft stock next season, setting records and playing for the presumed number one team in the country under Kelly Graves. It’s worth noting the astonishing 38.3 percent assist rate goes along with an absurdly low 12.4 turnover rate, meaning that Ionescu manages to make the elite plays without costing her team possessions in the process. She was north of 42 percent from three, despite getting the best every opponent could throw at her defensively, and she is an elite rebounder for her position as well. The only question anyone has about Ionescu is next-level quickness, but no one is sufficiently concerned to predict anything but all star games in her future.
