All indications are that the former will be re-signing shortly, but it represents some uncertainty about the two biggest contributors to the recent Liberty teams. Asia Durr, too, isn’t here yet, so this snapshot is going to change pretty quickly, and dramatically… we now know the Liberty are giving multiple years to Rebecca Allen, Brittany Boyd and Amanda Zahui B. to become the wing, point guard and big they can use in Katie Smith’s rotation for the long haul. All three look like solid bets to me… huge year for a pair of UConn alums, Bria Hartley and Kiah Stoles, who need to prove they are worth bids come next offseason’s free agency. Tanisha Wright has some folks wondering what she has left in the tank as well, though in a familiar space, she’ll get plenty of chances to prove it this training camp…
