Tennessee- SEC

Departed coach/record:  Holly Warlick, 7 seasons (172-67 overall, 78-34 in the SEC)

Reason for departure:  Warlick was fired by the school after failing to reach the Sweet Sixteen for the third consecutive season, and finishing tied for 8th in the SEC, the worst finish in program history.

New coach/previous position: Kelly Harper, Missouri State head coach- In the mix from the beginning, the former Lady Vol point guard takes over a program in need of fixing, but only some. The talent hasn’t been an issue, but consistent play on the has. Harper went 118-79 at Missouri State and took them to the Sweet Sixteen this season. While she was fired from NC State in 2013, she has proven capable of winning, so maybe her time at Missouri State makes her more ready for a bigtime job this time around.
