Lipscomb- A-Sun

Departed coach/record:  Greg Brown, 7 seasons (44-164 overall, 22-87 in the A-Sun)

Reason for departure:  Brown, a Lipscomb graduate, was fired following the season. The team never had a winning season under Brown.

New coach/previous position: Laura Sumski, Rhodes College (D3) head coach- One of the youngest head coaches in the country at just 27-years-old, Sumski takes over a Bison program that is in bad shape. The first ever female to lead the program, Sumski inherits a program that hasn’t had a winning season since the 2002-03 season.

Sumski was the head coach of her alma mater Rhodes College for the past two seasons and led them to a record of 35-21.
