College of Charleston- CAA
Departed coach/record: Candice M. Jackson, 5 seasons (39-113 overall, 19-69 in the CAA)
Reason for departure: A Duke assistant before she took the job, Jackson never got things rolling at CoC. Her contract was not renewed following a 7-23 (3-15) season, her fifth straight losing season.
New coach/previous position: Robin Harmony, Lamar head coach: Transforming Lamar into one of the most consistent mid-major programs in the country in recent seasons, Harmony moves to South Carolina and hopes to do the same with picturesque College of Charleston. A former Miami (FL) star herself, Harmony led Lamar to a record of 68-21 the past three seasons, including two trips to the WNIT.
