Reason for departure: Cinella was fired after the team never finished above .500 in any of his 12 seasons.
New coach/previous position: Angelika Szumil, Fordham associate head coach: Szumil has spent many years in the New Jersey/New York area, coming over to Fairleigh Dickinson after eight seasons at Fordham. Prior to that, she was an assistant at Monmouth. A native of Poland, Szumil gets her first head coaching opportunity after beginning her coaching career in 2003.
