Hoyas surged under head coach Howard last season. Can they do it again?

Although a new head coach, Howard was part of the turnaround at Georgetown. The team was 2-16 in the 2014-15 season but rebounded to finish tied for fifth with a 9-9 conference record the next year. The Hoyas tied for fifth again last season and posted an overall record of 16-16.

BIG EAST coaches predict the Hoyas will again rank fifth when its all said and done.

Key Returners:

Dionna White returns for her senior year with the Hoyas. The Baltimore native averaged 18.7 points and 6.5 rebounds per game in 2017-18. She is the only Georgetown player named to the 2018-19 BIG EAST Preseason All-BIG EAST Team.
