2019 WNBA Draft: Way-too-early mock draft

Next year’s WNBA Draft class is already taking shape, even as the dust settles on this one.

Call it an occupational hazard: even as the pick were being made last Thursday at the 2018 WNBA Draft, I found myself asking WNBA talent evaluators across the league about next year.

And they were eager to engage! The perpetual world of women’s basketball just keeps spinning ever faster. There’s an entire season to play, and then an entire season to play: still, some franchises already have a draft board ready for next season.
