You can be sure Amber Stocks and company breathed a sigh of relief when Gabby Williams, after sitting out Connecticut’s semifinal win in the AAC Tournament over Cincinnati with a hip injury, returned for the final against South Florida and put up this stat line: 19 points, seven boards, six assists, five steals. Her two-way presence and complementary skills to Dolson and DeShields make for a tantalizing future in Chicago.
