It is easy to get caught up in Mitchell’s athleticism and ability to get to the basket, which was always going to carry her into the WNBA, and miss her efficiency. So two fun ways it stands out: despite having the ball in her hands constantly, and facing relentless defensive pressure, her 9.9 percent turnover mark is top-150 in the country. And she takes the fifth-most threes in the country, usually far from the hoop, yet has made more than 40 percent of them.
