12. Phoenix Mercury:  Monique Billings, 6’4 F UCLA

When trying to project what Monique Billings can be at the WNBA level, you could do worse than a Sancho Lyttle ceiling, and the Mercury have a perfect setup to allow Lyttle to mentor Billings. The Mercury are obviously in win-now mode, with January-Diana Taurasi as a backcourt in support of Lyttle and a certain center who played at MVP level last season when she was on the court, Brittney Griner. But it is also possible to make out the outline of the next Mercury team, with Griner joined by Billings in the frontcourt.
