Washington State- PAC 12

Departed coach/record: June Daugherty, 11 seasons (130-218 overall, 124-137 in the MAAC, three WNIT appearances)

Season-by-season record:
2007-08: 5–25 (2-16)
2008-09:11–19 (4–14)
2009-10: 8–22 (3–15)
2010-11: 8–23 (6–12)
2011-12:13–20 (5–13)
2012-13:11–20 (6–12)
2013-14:17–17 (9–9) WNIT first round
2014-15:17–15 (7–11) WNIT first round
2015-16:14–16 (5–13)
2016-17:16–20 (6–12) WNIT semi-finals
2017-18: 10-20 (8-10)

Reason for departure: After a successful 11-year run as the head coach at Washington, Daugherty took over the Cougars but never really got it going. WNIT appearances in 3 out of 4 years looked promising, but clearly the administration has higher aspirations.
