Bowling Green- MAC

Departed coach/record: Jennifer Roos, 6 seasons (92-97 overall, 43-63 in the MAC, two WNIT appearances)

Season-by-season record:
2012-13: 24-11 (11-5), WNIT third round
2013-14: 30-5 (17-1) WNIT Quarterfinals
2014-15: 9-21 (2-16)
2015-16: 10-18 (6-12)
2016-17: 8-23 (4-14)
2017-18: 11-19 (3-15)

Reason for departure: Roos spent 17 years at Bowling Green as both an assistant and head coach, arriving for the 2001-02 season when current Connecticut Sun head coach Curt Miller was leading the program and taking over once Miller left for Indiana. After finding success in her first two seasons as the head coach, Roos was never able to win more than six games in conference, a far cry from the elite levels the Falcons were under Miller, including an appearance in the Sweet Sixteen in 2007 as a 7-seed.

New coach/previous position: Robin Fralick, head coach, Ashland
