2015-16: 4-26 (1-13)

*NJIT was an independent school so did not have any conference games

Reason for departure: NJIT was in a very unique situation when Lanpher took over. While the school became a fully enrolled D1 program in 2009, there was no conference that would take them. They ultimately joined the Great West Conference, a conference that despite it’s name took a number of schools from all over the country. After Lanpher’s first season, the GWC disbanded and NJIT was independent for two seasons. They Highlanders have finally found a home in the A-Sun but Lanpher could never get the program moving in the right direction within the sneaky tough women’s basketball league.
