12. Minnesota Lynx: Katelynn Flaherty 5’7 G Michigan

With long-term Lindsay Whalen backup Renee Montgomery now in Atlanta, Cheryl Reeve is going to need someone to soak up additional backcourt minutes. Who better than the Point Pleasant, NJ product for Reeve, who knows something about being a New Jersey high school star herself. Flaherty shoots better than 45 percent from three, giving the Lynx a pure shooter from deep they don’t really have, and her elevated assist rate, combined with underrated defensive chops, could land her in the rotation early on.
