11. Los Angeles Sparks: Tyler Scaife 5’9 G Rutgers

A rugged, strong guard unafraid to take the big shot or take on the toughest defensive assignment, Tyler Scaife is the biggest reason why last year’s six-win Rutgers team (as Scaife recovered from open heart surgery) is going to play in the NCAA tournament this season. Brian Agler needs some more contributors on rookie contracts to balance the books for his superstar-heavy roster, and some second units with Scaife and Sydney Wiese in the backcourt looks like a pretty good approach from here.
