10. New York Liberty: Monique Billings, 6’4 F UCLA

Billings is a next-level athlete, though she needs to get stronger per a WNBA talent evaluator, and getting to study under Tina Charles, while Katie Smith coaches her, will allow her to max out. She is an above-average rim protector already (5.9 block percentage), though the red flag of an elevated turnover rate (13.2 percent) is something to watch.
