No, it won’t feel like The Garden. Yes, there’s a really good chance the Liberty sell out the Westchester County Center in like ten minutes, and it will be extremely loud for Tina Charles’ home opener against Maya Moore and the defending champs. Seeing how Cheryl Reeve navigates her newly-redesigned bench, while Katie Smith gets a chance to coach a WNBA team at home: well, expect this one to be fascinating both strategically and on the floor at both ends. The follow-up home game for the Liberty, May 29 against Cambage and the Wings, isn’t bad, either.
