5. Seattle Storm: Teaira McCowan, 6’7 C Mississippi State

No player has better enhanced her draft stock this season than McCowan, who was an inconsistent performer as recently as a calendar year ago. Now, the 6’7 McCowan is in the top 50 in effective field goal percentage, among the very best on both the offensive and defensive glass, collects blocks in droves and finds herself in some passing lanes to grab steals as well. She’s now WNBA strong, and in Seattle, she’d start right away, giving Breanna Stewart the support around the rim to be the versatile player she is.
