10. New York Liberty: Monique Billings, 6’4 F UCLA

With Kia Vaughn an unrestricted free agent, it is easy to imagine New York plugging Billings into that backup big role. She can play alongside Kiah Stokes and provide finishing, allowing Tina Charles some extra rest. Billings is a next-level athlete, though she needs to get stronger per a WNBA talent evaluator, and getting to study under Charles, while Katie Smith coaches her, will allow her to max out.
