Question 4: What team or teams currently not ranked in the Top 10 do you think are a legit Final Four contender(s)?

Robinson- I am going to go out on a bit of a limb and say Oregon State. They are ranked #17 right now but I am a believer in Scott Rueck and despite losing Sydney Wiese and other important pieces, I don’t think I can count them out.

Megdal- A bunch, actually. Oregon State currently has the most efficient offense in the country. Ohio State has Final Four talent (and imagine if they get there in Columbus). UCLA has two of the five best players in the country in my opinion in Jordin Canada and Billings, and a fantastic coach in Cori Close. And I would never, ever count Brenda Frese and Maryland out.

DuDonis- Oregon State and Stanford both have earned respect in the regard of not counting them out early so they certainly are on my radar. I also feel like Florida State flies completely under the radar every season, but I’ve got my eye on them too. Shakayla Thomas is back looking great again, but so are Imani Wright and graduate transfer AJ Alix. I wouldn’t be the least bit surprised to see the Seminoles break through and give Sue Semrau (one of the most underrated coaches in the country) her first Final Four birth.
