2017 was the year the group of us who loved Alyssa Thomas’ game went from a cult following to mainstream. Thomas made the all-star team for the Sun, combining elite defending with plus rebounding and absurdly effective playmaking out of both wing spots for Curt Miller. She’s still just 25. She’s so integral to Miller’s scheme that it is hard to imagine he won’t match any offer to her,  but expect many teams to circle.
