Takeaways: Mystics come out swinging but Lynx prevail in Game 2

Elena Delle Donne is a must-see player
As someone who covered Delle Donne in-person for the first time, you appreciate her game even more live. She’s seldom the player pounding her chest or screaming emphatically after a play. There’s a focused stoicism about her off of the ball that tells you she’s locked in. And when she gets the ball, she seemingly seeks to destroy her defender with a determined drive to the rim or elevating over them for a jumper. It’s reminiscent of Kobe Bryant with much less of a basketball sociopath vibe.
