The Summitt WNBA Daily Fantasy Sports Report: 8/10/17

Guard
Courtney Vandersloot, CHI vs SA ($7400 in FanDuel, $11,700 in DraftKings): Vandersloot is the highest-priced healthy player in both scoring systems on Thursday. She has played outstanding basketball of late, averaging 18.7 points with 10 assists, 3.7 boards and 1.0 steals in her last three games.

Kelsey Plum, SA at CHI ($5400 FD, $7400 DK): Plum has been playing starter minutes in recent weeks, and has slowly been rounding into the type of form that was expected after her number one overall draft slot this season. She scored 23 points with four assists in her last outing, after dishing 12 assists with nine points in the previous one.
Monique Currie, PHO at DAL ($5800 FD, $7200 DK): Currie was playing a bit role for the Mercury after they traded for her earlier this season, but in the last several games she has been producing more like herself even in her role off the bench. In her last three games, she has averaged 14.7 points with 4.7 boards, 3.7 assists and two combined blocks/steals in 26.4 minutes per game.
Cappie Pondexter, CHI vs SA ($3400 FD, $5000 DK): Pondexter is a risky play. She was an impact player for the Sky before her concussion, which kept her out for a month and has limited her since her return. In her last game, though, she played more minutes (28 min) and produced more (12 points, three assists, two boards) than she has since the injury. If that game was a sign that she is returning to her level, she is capable of producing much more than her current price tag.
