Ahead of tonight’s matchup between the Chicago Sky and the Seattle Storm, ten players were announced as reserves for Saturday’s All-Star Game. Reigning MVP Nneka Ogwumike makes her fourth All-Star roster and Rookie of the Year Breanna Stewart makes her first.

Five additional reserves: Layshia Clarendon, Allie Quigley, Chelsea Gray, Alyssa Thomas and Elizabeth Williams – will also participate in their first All-Star Game. Veteran Candice Dupree now joins Tina Thompson and Cappie Pondexter as players selected to an All-Star Game as a member of three different teams. Dupree makes her sixth All-Star appearance, one shy of reserve Seimone Augustus.

Replacement players for Elena Delle Donne and Brittany Griner will be announced tomorrow. Sugar Rodgers was selected for the 3-point contest and might find a spot on the Eastern Conference roster under her Liberty coach Bill Laimbeer. Rodgers is a top ten ranked guard in points per game.
