Don’t look now but we’ve hit a hot streak here at The Money Line! There was only one game to pick yesterday and as we predicted, Indiana took out Chicago 82-75, covering the spread and hitting the under.

The Fever had their usual score-by-committee offense working as five players hit double digits: Candice Dupree (17), Erica Wheeler (13), Erlana Larkins (12), Briann January (10) and Tiffany Mitchell (10). Despite not having a go-to scorer, most of Indiana’s issues have come on the defensive end, but yesterday they put up a superb defensive rating of 93.2 (for reference, the Minnesota Lynx lead the league in this category and averaged a score of 95.3) while also forcing 17 turnovers.

The Sky wasted a great effort by Jessica Breland who scored 22 points on 11-of-16 shooting as the team dropped to 0-7 at home this season.

With four teams in action tonight, let’s get to it.
