Phoenix Mercury’s Diana Taurasi could become the WNBA’s top scorer tonight

Diana Taurasi has a pretty big night ahead of her.
If the Phoenix Mercury guard scores at least 29 points, she’ll pass Tina Thompson to become the all-time leading scorer in the WNBA. Taurasi’s current point total is 7,460.
Taurasi, a longtime veteran of the league with multiple championships and gold medals under her belt, could easily hit this number against the Chicago Sky, who have struggled so far this season without Elena Delle Donne.
