WNBA players and media are now a part of the voting process to select the 2017 WNBA All-Star starting lineups, the league announced on Thursday.
Fans will account for 50 percent of the vote, with media and players responsible for 25 percent each. Players and media will each be able to fill out one ballot, featuring three front court players and two in the back court. Players will be allowed to vote for themselves.
As for fans, they may submit one ballot per day via WNBA.com or the WNBA App. They may also vote for up to 10 players per day on Twitter and Facebook.
The WNBA will announce voting leaders during the Storm-Sun game on June 29. Voting will end on July 6 with the starters revealed live on ESPN on July 11.
WNBA coaches will select the reserves, which will be announced July 18 during the Sky-Storm game. The WNBA All-Star Game will take place the following Saturday, July 22, in Seattle at 3:30 p.m. ET on ABC.
