The favorites

Los Angles Sparks (+170)

The defending champs open up as the odds-on favorites to repeat, and you can easily see why. With Nneka Ogwumike coming off an MVP season and only 26-years-old, and Candace Parker finally getting the championship monkey off of her back, this team is free to play loose and gun for back-to-back titles. It won’t be easy; the loss of Kristie Toliver will likely be felt early on in the season, but the addition of Odyssey Sims could potentially fill that void. It is worth noting that last year, LA was the third worst team in the league in regards to offensive pace, so it will be interesting to see if they can improve there. Regardless, the Sparks are the team to beat as far as Vegas is concerned.
