The San Antonio Stars have waived Vicki Baugh, Shae Kelley, and Jessica Thomas.

Of the three players waived, Baugh has the most pro experience with 78 WNBA games under her belt. She played for Tulsa in 2014 and 2015 before appearing in 11 games for the Stars last season. She played five minutes and scored two points in the Stars’ most recent preseason game against the Sparks.

Kelley has spent the last couple seasons in Turkey, where she averaged 22.3 points and 18.3 rebounds with Bornova Becker. The Lynx drafted her 35th overall in 2015 and she appeared in eight games as a rookie.

Thomas is a rookie out of Miami, where she was named all-ACC Second Team as a senior. She struggled in two preseason games, playing 30 total minutes and shooting 1-7 from the floor to go with two assists and one rebound.

The Stars will cut their roster from 17 to 12 ahead of their regular season opener, May 13 at New York.
