In 2016, Tina Charles led the WNBA in points and rebounds per game. Her player efficiency rating of 23.8 was the highest of her career, above even her 2012 PER, the season she won league MVP honors.

Still, Charles thinks she can get even better, and she detailed the ways she plans to do so during an engaging conversation at New York Liberty media day.
