Next year, the eyes of the college basketball world will gaze on Columbus, the host city for the Women’s Final Four. Tampa and New Orleans will follow in 2019 and 2020, respectively, and their regional pods were chosen on Tuesday.

Selections for the regional sites were part of the NCAA’s release detailing locations for championship events throughout the athletic spectrum. Hosting the regional finals for the 2019 tournament are the Times Union Center in Albany, Wintrust Arena in Chicago, Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro and the Moda Center in Portland.

Wintrust Arena, the future home of DePaul, is scheduled to open this fall. Joining them in the first-time category is the Moda Center, where the Portland Trail Blazers reside. Oregon State will serve as the host for the regional matches. Greensboro and Albany both hosted regional finals in 2015, and Albany is among the quartet to earn such a privilege in next year’s championship.

Moda Center will also be a regional home for the 2020 tournament. The remaining three venues will get their first taste of a women’s basketball regional final. They are Allen County War Memorial Coliseum in Fort Wayne, Bon Secours Wellness Arena in Greenville, and Moody Coliseum in Dallas.
