The 2017 WNBA draft is underway, and the San Antonio Stars selected Kelsey Plum out of Washington.

Plum, a combo guard who fell just a few free throws short of a 50-40-90 season her senior year, has a chance to be a star immediately in the league. She also posted an assist percentage of more than 29 percent, so she is hardly a shoot-only option.

Plum, if San Antonio keeps her, will form a potential small lineup that will be impossible to guard alongside Moriah Jefferson and Kayla McBride.
