Brionna Jones and Shatori Walker-Kimbrough, two standouts from Maryland, agreed to be represented by Sports International Group, according to sources close to the situation. They’ll be serviced by both Boris Lechitski and Ticha Penicheiro.

Jones and Walker-Kimbrough are both projected as first-round picks for the WNBA Draft on Thursday; Summitt Hoops Editor-in-Chief Howard Megdal has Walker-Kimbrough going sixth and Jones going tenth.

In her senior season at Maryland, Jones was a walking double-double, averaging 19.9 points and 10.9 rebounds per game. The 6-foot-3-inch center led the Big Ten Conference in rebounds and field goal percentage (.690) and tied for fifth in scoring.

Walker-Kimbrough was just as dazzling for the Terrapins in her final season. She led the Big Ten in three-point field goal percentage (.450) and finished sixth overall at 52.5 percent. The 5-foot-11 guard also reached the top 10 in scoring (18.8 points per game) and steals (1.9 per game).

SIG has an extensive list of WNBA clients. Among them are Alana Beard and Candace Parker from the defending WNBA champion Los Angeles Sparks, Essence Carson from the New York Liberty, Layshia Clarendon from the Atlanta Dream, and Tayler Hill from the Washington Mystics.
