3. Trust the process

The Fever have not been a dominant force in the league for some time. The franchise is still navigating through the rebuilding process.

The front office needs to allow this team to gel together and not rush the process. In the current pulse of the league, coaches are being fired within one or two seasons. The Fever needs to allow coach Sides to change the culture.

Indiana did a great job in the last draft and needs to continue to build the steam. The 2023 season may provide struggle but they have to take the good and the bad.

General manager Dunn needs to allow the rookie core to gel and grow with Mitchell and Sides. The team can also look to grow from free agency. Although a lot of players remain with their previous team during free agency, it is a possibility to steal a star player.
