Lots of turnover for Tigers

Departures

Robyn Benton, Brooke Moore, Lauren Hansen, Natalie Kelly and Erin Howard have all transferred or entered the portal.

Returners

Unique Thompson, an AP Honorable Mention All-American, is the team’s leading scorer and only returning starter. Kiyae’ White, Annie Hughes, Sania Wells, Morgan Robinson-Nwagwu will also return.

Arrivals

Alabama has two transfers now eligible, three JUCO additions and one incoming freshman.

Honesty Grayson-Scott – sat out the 2019-20 season after transferring from Baylor.

Jala Jordan sat out the 2019-20 season after transferring from West Virginia.

Guard Kira Lowery – transfer from Dyersburg State Community College, averaged 23.3 points per game, ranking third in the nation. Second in steals (4.0 per game).

Forward Romi Levy – Levy is coming over from Israel, and plays as a small forward. She’s competed with the U18 Israeli national team.

Guard Alycia Reese – 5’9 guard from Chattahoochee Valley CC, 12.8p and all-conference selection. Coach Flo is looking for Reese to contribute on both ends of the floor, but her length is something Coach Flo has been missing. “Alycia fits the profile of our long, lanky and athletic guards that we had playing the top of our press some years ago.”

Guard Keya Patton – first-team NJCAA All-American from Wabash Valley College, averaged 20.8p/6.8r/6.4a/2.9s. 5’6 guard scored 1,000 points in two years. Coach Flo calls Patton a “do-it-all” guard, but noted both her scoring and efficiency on the JUCO level. This is who she’s expecting an immediate impact from.
